Our guests are welcome to use anything that is in the condo, unless it is in a locked closet or cabinet.

- NO smoking in condo and throughout the resort per Hawaii state law. There is a designated smoking area adjacent to the parking lot.

- NOTE: The beaches in Maui are seasonal and the tide is different based on the time of year. Please check local beach conditions prior to booking
- If you have a car, $11.95 daily parking fee will be collected by the resort upon check-in

- Standard Cancellation Policy:
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.


HOUSE RULES

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.

CLEANLINESS: Please be mindful and clean up after yourself. Trash chutes are located on every floor near the elevators.

CHECK-IN/CHECK/OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs.

LOCAL RESERVATIONS: Reservations from guests from within their city of residence are NOT allowed. Please contact us if you are planning to book within your city.

NO SMOKING OR DRUGS: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, fire, and excessive noise are all PROHIBITED throughout the entire condo, lanai, and resort areas. Guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and no "use of fire" includes the no lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There is a designated smoking area beside the parking lot. Violations of the smoking policy will incur $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs.

NO COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED: Illegal activities, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

GUEST LIMITS: The number of overnight guests must NOT exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras may be in use. Violations will be enforced and could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY: Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or any loss that occurs on the premises. Any property damage must be reported. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform.

CONSUMABLE AMENITIES: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels, coffee are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed for their own use.

INTERNET SERVICE: Free wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. As with all internet services, it can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues nor provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.

AGREEMENT TO HOUSE RULES: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these house rules. Any violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, and expenses.
